No.. I am not a Kylie wannabe. Erm.. maybe half a wannabe. You see, Tin Tin has been hooked on the Spin lessons (i.e. the cycling group classes) at my gym recently. 3 lesson in a row, and I am loving the adrenaline, the perspiration, and the friggin' aching legs. Well, it helps that the Spin instructor selects good dance tracks (now that I have cut down on clubbing, I guess this is the next best thing) to motivate the class through the incline and speed phases.
Hmm, just got me thinking. It wouldn't be a bad idea to play Ms Minogue's Spinning Around during the lesson. After all, I believe most of the ladies are peddling hard to get that butt. Don't know what I am talking about? What about checking out the video to bring back some good ol' memories.
