Don't we all hate it when we are really late for work? We start to blame the bus, the train, the weather, well.. almost everything. You get the point.
But yours truly have observed some indicators that you are.. ahem.. REALLY late for work.
- The bus is not packed with middle-aged Singaporeans that are caught in the rat race, but aunties returning home from their grocery shopping or marketing.
- The next train is arriving in 6min (!!!). Yes, it does take forever for the train to arrive.
- The usual escalator that you take is moving in the opposite direction. Some escalators are adjusted to ease the morning crowd at the platforms, so when the station staff has switched it back to normal, you'll know what it means.
- There's nobody beside you while you wait for the elevators at the office lobby.
