Nationalistic feelings runs high this week due to the US elections. What better way to express the loyalty to your country, other than to name a dish after it.
Scottish Whiskey (only drunk men will wear quilts and make it a fashion statement)
Penang Laksa (any laksa outside Penang will be a non-bumiputera)
Beijing Duck (1 or 0?)
French Fries (the French aren't even crazy about this)
And my latest attempt at cooking:-
Swedish Meatballs (vikings probably find them handy when they ran out of cannon balls)
