I really like it when oldies are rearranged and sung by contemporary artistes. +1 if they do it well. Hence, it was pure bliss when I found Kelly Jones (minus his mates from Stereophonics) performing this The Temptations hit. I say, this probably the best among the numerous washed-out versions in recent years.
Yes, you are forgiven for doing the karoke! Why can't our New Year Countdown programmes be something like this? Man, Jools Hollands is one reason why I wanna be in the UK.
I've got sunshine
On a cloudy day
When it's cold outside
I've got the month of May
Well, I guess you'll say
What can make me feel this way
My girl
Talking about my girl
I've got so much honey
The bees envy me
I've got a sweeter song
Than the birds in the trees
I don't need no money
Fortune or fame
I've got all the riches baby
One man can claim
