Nobody had the mood to work last Friday when the management finally declared our 2009 bonus. The bank delivered stellar results thanks to the hard work of every staff member, but the G20 policies really killed our hopes of a decent bonus. It fell short of expectations, and it is not difficult to guess what is on everybody's mind for the following weeks.
