I bid farewell to my boss and fellow colleagues last Friday after close to 2 years at CIMB-GK. It wasn't easy to leave behind those realtionships that were forged. And it was touching when some colleagues dropped a simple goodbye after I sent a farewell note after trading hours.
-The finance manager actually apologised for making my life difficult when I was doing reviews (Mr CO, it's not too late to feel B.A.D. for being such a NOOP).
- As I did clearance at various departments, the admin manager lamented that she will miss my greeting at the end of my emails (Miss JL, corporate emails are already such a bore, so it's my pleasure to light up your day), and insisted that I keep the lanyard as a momento (so sweet right!).
It was indeed hard to say goodbye as I start a new chapter at BNP Paribas this Thursday. The fond memories will always be treasured.
