1. Hunting for bargains such as which supermarket sells the canned luncheon meat at a discount of 13 cents over the weekend... And it doesn't matter that it requires you to visit a shopping center in the middle of the city.
2. Stand at the fruit section of the supermarket and deliberate which bunch of bananas to pick. *cannot be too big lah, or too bruised lah or too ripe lah*... finally when u got "THE ONE", you just throw it back cos it's probably cheaper to buy the 4 for $1 apples.
3. Buy 1 pack of wet tissue at Watson's with the ongoing "Buy 10 get 1 free" promotion, and just when you are about to queue at the cashier, start thinking "should i get 9 other boh liao stuff to get one free item"?

not me :)
The Watson's promotion gets me every time. I'll pick up maybe 4 or 5 items, then as I'm queueing up to pay, I'll be like "hmmm, why don't I just get a few more to make up the magic number of 10?".
