Man... I can really say that 2007 is the Retro Year cos we see the return of several good things from the 80s and the 90s.
We had Banarama's comeback album in January (*yelps* we still can remember the lyrics of "Love on the first degree" by heart, I so swear!), and Take That charming their (now) middle-aged fans with their reunion album (and pretty good one I must say!). In the silver screen, we also have summer mega-movie of Transformers - a popular cartoon in our yesteryear.
But I must say the best gotta be the return of Spice Girls - a Greatest Hits album, and a tour spanning 11 cities across the globe. Confession: I am a big Spice Girls fan. I know the lyrics to their songs simply because they are really pretty catchy pop songs that witnessed my teenage years. Anyone can tell u the girls are not exactly the best singers, but they can sure work the stage! I am so looking forward to their new songs with their Greatest Hits album.
Scary, Sporty, Ginger, Baby and Posh, anyone?
