It is true. My bank has decided to appreciate its staff by giving a bonus that is lower than what the State is declaring at end of 2011. Notwithstanding the folks from the public sector has another bonus in the middle of the year.
No prizes for guessing the general sentiment at the bank that claims to live in your world.
