TV Junkie

Justin has been reduced to a TV junkie recently. With a slew of good programmes on TV, who won't? And mind you, I do not even suscribe to cable television! What are the shows that are worth watching? Let me count the ways:

1) Smart省钱王
  • This show really brings out the Singaporean in you. “猫王” Ben Yeo and “猫后” Quan Yi Feng went to all corners in Singapore to dig up all the possible cheap buys in our Lion City. I just loved the factory that was featured last week. Cheap cakes and italian food. Yumz. Go check out this URL for more cheapo buys: http://ch8c.mediacorptv.com/shows/variety/episodelist/1941/.html

2) Legend of the Condor Heroes 神雕侠侣

  • Yes, this is THE show to watch at the moment. For all those who grew up watching Andy Lau in the HK drama that was shot in the 80s, they must be really excited about this show. In fact, I am amazed how they manage to reproduce the sexual tension and chemistry between 杨过 Yang Guo and 小龙女 Xiao Long Nu. And they are not stingy with the fighting scenes. The sequences come off really exciting and tastefully done with just the right amount of CGI.

Enough said. With the other fillers like my daily doses of Business Tonight, Front, 10pm Ch U dramas, Feng is a busy man in front of the TV.
